    1. Actually, I have heard quite a bit about spices and helping you lose weigh. So I wouldnt write it off so quickly. Cayenne helps your metabolism, ginger would help soothe your stomach along with others benefits, tumeric helps with circulation as does cayenne, lemon helps make you feel fuller I know this from experience, and stevia is just a naturally sweet plant also known from experience. I try to drink a gallon of water a day.

  10. Cayenne, Ginger, and Turmeric are all stand alone...it's good to do holistic(medicinal) in combination! Do your research on all of these...they are most definitely beneficial. These foods have been around for a lifetime...they are safe in moderation. In drinking these water detox...we need to think about how we got there in the first place...change is good...processed foods are denatured... Live food is good for the body! It helps to repair you from the inside out...naturally the body can heal it's self. We consume so many chemicals, toxin and pesticides, that our bodies are over taxed...a good COLONIC CLEANSING will be awesome at least check into it.

  13. Drink a gallon of water a day people plenty of fruits and veggies, no eating after 8pm if you get the urge to want and snack drink hot lemon water only no sugar. Do this everyday healthy eating no processed foods and everyone will be ok

    3. It is much better cold. You're right, it is terrible warm. Keep it in the fridge and just chug a little bit when you can. That's what I've been doing, I'm on day 4.

  19. I started this on Friday, so far so good. No results yet, but I'm only on day 4. It looks terrible, smells ok, and tastes like you'd expect it to. I keep it in the fridge as I've found it is much easier to stomach cold. DO NOT SPILL IT ON ANYTHING, including the counter. The turmeric will stain EVERYTHING that horrible yellow color.

    Overall, I'd say stick with it. I'll post again at day 10. I'm making the 1 liter last all 10 days, I'll make another batch when this one is gone.

    Hope this helps with the no feedback aspect of this page.

  20. Started today, using a straw makes it easier. I also doubled the stevia, and added a 1/4 of black pepper to activate the curcumin in the turmeric.

  27. I used the actual turmeric and ginger root versus the powders, honey instead of stevia, and I added black pepper balls, a cinnamon stick and a splash of vanilla extract to help with the flavor. I actually really like the flavor and enjoyed drinking it daily! I am pretty healthy and really don't need to lose weight (5'7", 120lbs) but I drank it more for the cleansing qualities and I definitely noticed a difference in my energy levels and my skin glowed! It was labor intensive peeling and chopping everything, but I would just add water to it through the day and drank it as a tea all day, even my kids really liked it when I kept the cayenne pepper to a minimum. :)

  28. I was told to use ginger, turmeric, cinnamon and black pepper every day to help bring down my arthritis in my spine and hands. This was given to my by by NP! Yup, full trained doc. She was right! The large lump between shoulder blades is almost Gone! Pain is still there but swelling is down greatly. So YES, these herbs do work. But like All natural remedies, it takes time for the body to heal. It took you years to get where you are today! Don't expect to be all better in 10 days.
